Me Arielle de Bartha-Dubois
Arielle de Bartha-Dubois is a Swiss lawyer admitted to the Geneva Bar. She holds a Master’s degree in Economic Law summa cum laude from the University of Geneva and a Bachelor of Law magna cum laude from the University of Lausanne. She trained at a Geneva law firm specializing in commercial and art law, practiced in the tax department of a leading Swiss firm, and later established her independent practice.
Alongside her legal career, Arielle studied Art History at the Courtauld Institute of Art in London and gained experience in the art market in London, Berlin, and Luxembourg, working with galleries, auction houses, and an international bank.
Through Arielle Fine Arts, she assist collectors in purchasing artworks from established and emerging artists, as well as in organizing exhibitions internationally and assist art institutions in creating partnerships with other art institutions, in defining long-term strategies and fostering international cooperation in the field of arts.
She regularly publishes in specialized journals on legal and tax issues relating to art collections and speaks as a panelist at international conferences. Her professional affiliations include the Geneva Bar Association, the Art Law Foundation, the Emirates Legal Network, and the Art Salon in Dubai.
